With a foundation in Exercise and Sports Science and qualifications in personal training, women’s health, pre- and post-natal fitness, hormonal health and injury prevention, Built by Mak combines science and empathy to create programs that fit real life.
Whether it’s rebuilding strength after injury, navigating hormonal changes or chasing athletic goals, my approach is rooted in education, support, and sustainability - not quick fixes. Each program is designed to meet you where you’re at and guide you toward lasting confidence, resilience, and strength inside and out.

My Background
Education
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, where I developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, physiology, anatomy and exercise prescription. This academic background gave me a deep understanding of how the human body moves and adapts - knowledge I now apply every day to help clients train smarter, recover faster and move with confidence.
